Ordering Photos

What types of photos do you sell?
We sell photographs printed at either A4 or A3 size, and also digital downloads in jpeg or tiff formats.  The prints are printed on high quality glossy photo paper and ink which provides highly stable colour over time.  The printing system is also calibrated regularly to ensure accurate colour reproduction.  We also do commercial printing so if you require larger prints up to any size please get in touch.

How can I use the photographs I bought at Honcho Media?
All of the images available for purchase online at Honcho Media come with a non-commercial licence.  This means you can make as many copies as you want for personal use.  This does not include use for profit or promotion or a person, product, or service.  For commercial image licences please email us with your enquiry.

Do my prints include a digital version?
No, digital versions have to be purchased in addition to any prints ordered.

How long will it take for my prints to arrive?
Your order will be processed within two working days and will arrive with you 3-5 working days after that.

Videos

What licence comes with the video I purchase at Honcho Media?
All videos come with a non-commercial licence and you may make as many copies as you wish for personal use only.  It is Illegal to share these videos on file sharing sites or P2P networks, or post them online to video sharing sites e.g Youtube, forums etc.  It is also illegal to make copies of these videos and distribute them to other people whether for profit or not.

What format are the videos in?
The videos come in 640×360 Quicktime H.264 files.  This Quicktime H.264 format offers excellent quality video at low data rates meaning faster downloads for you.

How do I download the video I purchased?
Once you have paid for your video you will be directed to a web page with a link to download the video file.  This download will only be available once so make sure your session is not interrupted and keep your video in a safe place!
